Mark serves as co-founder of MonteClare, LLC, and serves in an individual fiduciary capacity as trustee, agent, executor and other capacities to be distinguished from serving in such capacities as a corporate fiduciary of a bank or trust company.
Additionally, Mark serves as President, Executive Trust Consultant, Head of Compliance and RIsk Management and Manager of "Private RIA Trust" with FiPar Financial, Inc., San Antonio, Texas and works in a collaborative environment to transform intangible busines vision and strategy into tangible financial results.

His professional diversity has been complimented by geographic and cultural diversity during his career. His journey has taken him from Northern Michigan to the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains in Virgina; from Texas to Birmingham, Alabama; and to the Pacific Northwest where he now calls home with his wife and daughter.

Bob's trust positions over a nearly fifty-year career have included forming and managing a bank Trust Department and serving as president of a Houston, Texas-based Independent Trust Company while his trust consulting responsibilities have ranged from start-ups to closings and from turnarounds to expansions with special emphasis on intrerim and crisis management.
He serves as co-founder of MonteClare, LLC, and as a fiduciary in his individual capacity as trustee, agent, executor and other capacities to be distinguished from serving in such capacities as a corporate fiduciary of a bank or trust company.
Additionally, Bob founded FiPar Financial, Inc., San Antonio, Texas, a bank trust consulting firm, and serves as its Chairman & CEO, providing visionary ideas, strategic solutions and problem-solving techniques to assist bank trust departments and independent trust companies optimize capabilities and attain corporate goals.
Bob earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southwest Texas State College (now Texas State University), San Marcos, Texas and graduated with a Trust Major from Southern Methodist University's Southwestern Graduate School of Banking, Dallas, Texas.
He holds three professional designations conferred by the Institute of Certified Bankers, affiliate of the American Bankers Association: Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA), Certified IRA Services Professional (CISP) and Certified Financial Marketing Professional (CFMP).
Bob served as a member of the Texas Air National Guard, 149th Combat Support Squadron, Kelly Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.
Bob's passions include animal rescue, rock 'n roll music, traditional country/western dancing (you know, the kind where you actually have a partner and dance to legitimate country music) and travel.

As a senior consultant with Dallas-based global transformation firm RGP [Resources Global Professionals], Brian has been responsible for participating in transforming operations for startups, scale-ups and evolving businesses, including Fortune 500 company Intel, a major manufacturer of semiconductor-based products for personal computers.
At RGP, Brian served as a Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain Consultant, driving operational supply chain excellence and leveraging partnerships to secure cost-efficient solutions.
Brian also possesses over three decades of dedicated experience as a private portfolio manager, serving individual client portfolios focused on equity invetment strategies. His work reflects a disciplined adherence to fiduciary principles, prudent investor standards and a deep understanding of equity markets—ensuring that every portfolio is aligned with long-term objectives and responsive to evolving market conditions.
Furthermore, Brian serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Strategist and Director of FiPar Financial, Inc., a nationwide bank trust consulting firm headquartered in San Antonio.
Having earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Texas, Brian began his career with the Federal Bankruptcy Court in Dallas and later continued his career at the corporate level in the hospitality industry with a major, privately-owned, luxury hotel company.
Brian brings both the strategic perspective of an executive and the diligence of a fiduciary, providing clients with confidence that their legacies will be preserved and advanced with prudence.

Shara serves as Director of Operations overseeing daily activities of MonteClare and as a Fraud Analyst for fraud investigation and resolution, including data analysis to identify patterns of suspicious activities and compliance breaches.
In addition to her duties with MonteClare, Shara serves as Senior Vice President and Operations Manager of FiPar Financial, Inc., a bank trust consulting firm. Prior to joining MonteClare and FiPar, Shara served as a Frost Banker for twenty-five years in Fiduciary Compliance and Fraud Detection & Resolution.
Shara's specific areas of training, expertise and responsibility have included Bank Secrecy Act / Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML), Currency Transaction Report (CTR), Suspicious Activity Report (SAR), Monetary Instrument Log (MIL), Know Your Customer (KYC), Currency and Monetary Instrument Report (CMIR), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Customer Identification Program (CIP) and Politically Exposed People (PEP). Additionally, she possesses working familiarity and experience with select provisions of Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), USA PATRIOT Act, Volcker Rule, Reg D, Reg O and Reg R, plus a host of interrelated fraud detection and resolution strategies.
Shara's educational background includes graduation from San Antonio College, SST Travel School as an International Travel Agent and multiple trust curriculums.
She serves as an active animal rescue and rehabilitation volunteer and member of numerous animal, environmental and conservationist associations as well as actively developing her artistic painting skills.
Additionally, Shara is also an accomplished, traditional country western dancer.
